Artist profile:
Lu shurong, female, born in Zhanpu county of China ( known as "the origin of the chinese papercutting crafts"). Currently, she is a member of China Rural Paintting and Calligraphy Association, Chinese Folk Arts Association, China Rual Paintting and Calligraphy Research Institution, Wetern Papercutting Artists Association and also the Deputy Secretary of Zhanpu Papercutting Association. Among the hundreds artworks create by Lu, most are rewarded in various exhibition in China. Lu's papercuttings are reported by lots of media according to her creative and technique.
